Town of Wadesboro has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) grant for the rehabilitation of approximately 12 single-family housing units in Anson County. We estimate multiple properties will be pre-1978 houses requiring a lead-based paint test and clearance as well as asbestos and radon tests.
