Join us as we bring our community together for a festive celebration filled with holiday cheer, dazzling floats, and Christmas spirit. Anyone interested in participating in the parade, being a vendor, or doing both is encouraged to complete the Participation Form, the Vendor Form, or both forms to be part of this special holiday event. Liability Disclaimer
The Town of Wadesboro (“Town”) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense of any kind sustained by any parade participant, volunteer, organization, or observer (“Participant”) arising from or in connection with participation in the Town’s Christmas Parade (“Event”).
By participating in the Event, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation is voluntary and at their own risk. The Town expressly disclaims any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, including but not limited to injuries resulting from accidents, negligence, acts of third parties, or weather conditions occurring before, during, or after the Event.
The Participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, actions, or proceedings arising out of or related to participation in the Event.
This No Liability Clause is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion of this clause is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
