NOW HIRING: LATERAL POLICE OFFICER
The Town of Wadesboro is accepting applications for a Police Officer to help protect and serve our community.
Salary: $50,000–$58,000 annually
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of basic law enforcement training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid North Carolina driver’s license
Job Responsibilities Include:
Patrolling the Town and responding to calls for service
Investigating crimes, accidents, and suspicious activity
Enforcing traffic laws and local ordinances
Preparing reports and providing court testimony
Engaging with residents and supporting community safety initiatives
Applicants should have sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to serving the public.
