Press Release:Water Bill Payment & Service Disconnection Policy Update
Dear Valued Customer, This is a reminder of the importance of timely water bill payments to avoid service disruption. Accounts with outstanding balances as of the 25th of each month will be subject to disconnection. To ensure uninterrupted service, please submit your full payment by the due date. If you are unable to visit our office before 5:00 p.m., you may utilize the drop box. Payments left after business hours will be processed the following morning. Key Payment & Disconnection Details:
Town Hall Business Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.) We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. For any questions, please contact our office during business hours.
